Alejandra is thorough in her methods, very knowledgeable and precise. What I admire most in her, though, is that she's authentic and shows up as the human that she is, an ever-evolving work in progress! In this way, she can hold space for others who can identify with her journey of learning and being and embrace their own! Much Love to her!
Very authentic and genuinely beautiful teacher. Alejandra has a wonderful energy and I love attending her classes
