I am a recreational athlete I enjoy strength training and yoga. I
I did my certification in functional fitness, for understanding the capacity of exercise without the standard machine gym.
I love working with people who are ambitious and concerned about their personal fitness journeys

I take a 60 minute personal class which involves with a full body assessment, checking in the range of mobility,
then followed by a training specific regime.
During the class I check form, assess the client/ athletes form and technique.
Which is later followed by a cool-down.
I draw plans and take follow ups every week to check if we’ve been consistent
