About Naomi

With 10 years of experience teaching Violin to students from school to college level, my passion for education is at the heart of everything I do. I believe that learning music is not only about mastering an instrument but also about building confidence, discipline, and a deep appreciation for art. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students to achieve significant milestones, whether it's performing in school recitals, passing exams with high marks, or simply gaining the joy of playing their favourite songs. I am dedicated to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to reach their full potential. My teaching is built on patience, personalised attention, and a commitment to making each lesson engaging and enjoyable. Music is a lifelong journey, and I am honoured to be a part of my students' growth and success in mastering the Violin.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology for Violin is built on the principles of Communication, Motivation, and Integrity. I focus on clear, open communication to ensure students understand every concept, whether it's posture, technique, or music theory. I tailor my lessons to each student's pace and learning style, making sure that every lesson is meaningful and approachable. Motivation is key in the learning process, so I encourage students with positive feedback and help them set achievable goals, making practice enjoyable and rewarding. I believe in integrity—honesty in assessing progress and providing constructive feedback to help students improve. Beyond Violin, I can also teach related subjects like music theory and ear training, using the same approach to nurture a well-rounded musical education. Together, we'll build your skills, confidence, and passion for playing the violin.
