About Wang Huang

As a Master's student in the Jacobs School of Music studying under Distinguished Professor Arnaldo Cohen, I was selected as one of the assistant instructors for the piano department. I have won numerous national competitions back in my hometown and also played with orchestras there. I have over 4 years of teaching experience and is comfortable with teaching beginners to advanced students. Join me in our journey of discovering your musical potential and improving on your piano/theory skills!

About the lesson

Placing students in the centre of my teaching, I identify weaknesses quickly and am proactive in improving them. Understanding that students spend much more time away from me, I produce independent students that questions and thinks critically. I will guide my students through every step at the beginning and have a strong emphasis on a strong foundation. After which the student will be continuously challenged to discover their fullest potential. Lesson plans will be specifically designed for every student according to their needs and goals. Lessons for beginners to degree students.
