I'm a Master student in mathematics in one of the best universitys: Bonn, Germany. I can teach any bachelor's course, ranging from Calculus, to Algebra and Geometry.

I put 30€ per hour, but it depends on the level the pupil is in; obviously courses from bachelor in maths will be more expensive than elementary school.
The prices are as follow:
Elementary school to High School: 30€ per hour.
College: 50€ per hour.
None of these prices are exactly fixed, as for example 3rd year courses of math's bachelors the price might rise a bit above, and others of 1st year it may decrease (if it's not calculus).
