About Vanessa

I am a Spanish tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature. About the lesson

My teaching approach in Spanish is practical, structured, and student-focused. I believe learning a language should build confidence as well as skill, so I design lessons that are interactive and meaningful. I focus on all areas of the language—speaking, listening, reading, and writing—while adapting to each student’s goals. To improve listening practice, I use audio clips, dialogues, and real-life scenarios that train the ear to understand natural Spanish. Test preparation is also a key part of my methodology. I teach students effective strategies for answering questions under time pressure, including timed response exercises and mock tests. This helps them build both accuracy and speed. I also share simple memory techniques for grammar rules and vocabulary, which makes learning easier and more effective.

I support learners who need Spanish for travel, studies, or professional goals by focusing on practical communication skills.
