About Luis
Master's in social sciences with a specialty in municipal development, bachelor's degree in communication sciences.
I worked as a journalist, publicist and radio host. I am currently working in the last of these jobs, as well as being part of a teaching team at the secondary level in the subject of Mother Language.
I continue to be active in social research.

My methodology is based on teaching through the application of knowledge for use in everyday life. In this way the student can work in a better way linking technical and specialized knowledge in applicable situations.
