About Natalie

I received my BSN way back 2001. Have been practicing in acute hospitals from Florida to Colorado. I worked in a fast pace level1 ICU catering trauma , neuro and transplant patients. I also taught Medical Surgical pathophysiology in a local nursing college. I recently completed my MSNin Education.

About the lesson

I believe that everyone who has a passion for helping people can be a nurse. I work one-on-one with my students to develop a study plan that is tailored to the student's learning styles. I love sharing my passion for teaching the next generation of nurses.

The first lesson is 2 hours. The first hour is dedicated to individual assessment. The remaining hour will be working on your specific needs or subject.

What to expect :
1. Note-taking techniques;
2. Establishing study habits
3. Test-taking skills
4. Simplifying a specific topic or subject that fits your learning style.

Nursing education is always rigorous and requires dedication. 2 hours is always not enough but can be a start to help you succeed in this journey. I always ask that students email me their notes for reference. If you just took an exam and you need help understanding the concept on the previous exam, we can go through your notes and simplify the concept. Take also into consideration that you have current topics that will be in your next exam, so we can allocate time to discuss current topics.
