About Evan
Music has given me the opportunity to teach students with different backgrounds and learning styles. With 9 years of teaching experience, I have helped school students and working professionals enjoy piano through lessons that are practical, encouraging, and easy to follow.
I prefer teaching one step at a time because it helps students build confidence without feeling overwhelmed. Through regular practice and simple explanations, students improve rhythm, coordination, music theory, sight reading, and expressive playing while enjoying every lesson.
Each student has a different reason for learning piano, so I prepare lessons that suit individual goals and interests. My aim is to create a positive learning experience where students feel motivated to keep improving with confidence.

Learning piano becomes more enjoyable when students understand the music they are playing. Every lesson combines demonstrations, guided exercises, and practical activities that help students improve naturally while building confidence and developing good playing habits from the beginning.
Students learn finger techniques, scales, chords, rhythm, arpeggios, hand coordination, sight reading, music theory, accompaniment, improvisation, dynamics, and expressive playing. Different exercises and musical pieces help students connect technical skills with real performances and everyday practice.
Progress is supported through personalized practice plans, lesson reviews, and constructive feedback after every class. Whether preparing for examinations, recitals, or learning piano as a hobby, students continue improving while enjoying the learning process.
