About Marina
I am a MEng Mechanical Engineering Graduate fromThe University of Mancehster. Even though I have been living in the UK by myself since I was 16 (for my A-Levels), I am originally Spanish. As well as being an engineer, I am also a qualified chef, something which has allowed me to develop a lot of essential skills that I like to implant in my tutoring too (for example, organisation, team work, multi-tasking, communication). In addition, I love sports and playing instruments (particularly the piano and the guitar) and enjoy including an hour of reading sessions everyday to maintain my creativity and mind occupied in a relaxed manner constantly.

My main approach to teaching is to make everything very visual, interactive and practical. As well as knowing the theory, practice is what really makes students understand the topics in a more interactive way. Using diagrams, examples, videos, and constant question-answer situations within a lesson makes pupils keep engaged and interested.
The length of a lesson is typically 50 minutes long but can accommodate to make them longer or slightly shorter
I have and am currently a qualified tutor and have been leading tutor classes set up by my teacher since my GCSEs
My lessons are for any people being between KS3 and A-Level examinations.
