About Letizia

I am an Italian native currently studying finance in Scotland, with a passion for sharing my language and culture. Teaching Italian allows me to connect with others and help them experience the beauty of the Italian language, whether through conversation, grammar, or cultural insights. My love for language, combined with my academic background, gives me a unique perspective on teaching, making lessons both practical and engaging.

About the lesson

My Approach to Tutoring Italian:

Teaching Methodology:
I believe in a communicative and immersive approach to language learning, where students actively engage with the language from day one. My lessons are tailored to individual needs, combining conversation, grammar, listening, and reading exercises. I focus on practical language use, encouraging students to speak and interact as much as possible, while also building a strong foundation in grammar and vocabulary. I use real-life materials such as articles, music, and videos to make lessons more engaging and culturally enriching.

Lesson Length:
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, but I offer flexibility depending on your goals and availability. We can adjust the time to meet your learning pace, whether you prefer shorter, more frequent sessions or longer, in-depth lessons.

Qualifications and Experience:
As a native Italian speaker, I bring firsthand knowledge of the language and culture. I have several years of experience teaching Italian to students of various levels and ages, both in-person and online. My experience includes working with beginners, helping intermediate students refine their skills, and guiding advanced learners toward fluency. I also assist with test preparation and business Italian.

Who Are My Lessons For:
My lessons are suitable for learners of all levels, from beginners to advanced, and for all ages. Whether you're a child just starting to learn Italian, a student needing extra help, or an adult aiming to master conversational or professional Italian, I adapt my teaching style to suit your goals. My lessons are perfect for travelers, language enthusiasts, or anyone with a passion for Italian!
