About Akshay
I am a Hospitality Management graduate from Institute of Hotel Management Goa with a strong passion for cooking and culinary education. My professional training has given me a solid foundation in food preparation, kitchen operations, food science, and international hospitality standards.
Over the years, I have developed expertise in both traditional and contemporary cooking techniques, with a focus on making complex culinary concepts simple and practical for students. I believe that great cooking comes from understanding ingredients, techniques, and the science behind food—not just memorizing recipes.
