I'm Kealani, your go-to guide for mastering anatomy and physiology! With a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology, I'm confident I can combine a strong academic foundation with hands-on expertise to help students - like you - excel. Throughout my Master's program, my courses required me to create educational videos on advanced anatomy, physiology, and exercise science-related subjects, which helped me better understand the material. I've also worked as an operations manager for a non-profit collegiate honor society, where I worked directly with undergraduate students who wanted to gain experience through scholarship, leadership, and service events that helped them build their resumes and character for their future life experiences. I now work as a Physical Therapy Aide at a leading orthopedic and sports performance clinic. This opportunity allows me to bridge the gap between textbook concepts and real-world applications. Whether understanding the intricate mechanics of the musculoskeletal system or grasping the interplay of organ systems, I will bring a wealth of practical experience to every tutoring session. The hands-on experience I’m getting by working with patients through their exercise programs is preparing me for my future as a physical therapist.
