About Ivy

I am deeply passionate about teaching French because it allows me to share not only a language but also a culture that is rich in history, art, and expression. Helping students explore a new way of communicating and seeing the world gives me a sense of purpose. I love guiding learners from their very first words to confidently forming sentences and holding conversations, watching their confidence grow along the way. My passion also comes from seeing the positive impact language learning has on my students’ lives. Whether it’s improving their school or college grades, preparing for an exam, or gaining skills for travel or career growth, I take pride in being a part of their achievements. I enjoy using interactive and creative methods that make learning enjoyable and practical, from conversation exercises to multimedia activities. What drives me most is the connection I build with each student. I believe every learner is unique, so I work to create a supportive, patient, and encouraging environment. My greatest joy is when a student feels proud of their progress and motivated to keep going. Teaching French is not just my profession—it is my passion, and I am committed to making every lesson meaningful and inspiring.

About the lesson

I am a passionate French tutor with 5 years of experience teaching school students, college learners, and working professionals. My goal is to make learning French exciting and approachable for everyone, no matter their starting point. I believe that language learning is more than just memorizing words — it is about building confidence, communication skills, and a deeper understanding of culture.
