About Hugo

Bonjour! I’m a passionate French tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Bachelor of Applied Languages in Education. I specialize in teaching French to children aged 5 to 12 in fun, meaningful ways. My classroom is filled with songs, stories, games, and movement to make learning come alive. I believe young minds learn best when they’re engaged and having fun. That’s why I use interactive storytelling to teach foundational vocabulary and pronunciation. Whether we’re singing about animals or acting out daily routines, every lesson becomes a joyful adventure. I gently introduce simple grammar through repetition, play, and creative activities. My goal is to make French feel like a magical language children can explore and enjoy. I focus on creating a positive, warm space where mistakes are part of learning. About the lesson
