About Akshayaa

I am a high school student pursuing an International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma with three years of experience tutoring English. I have worked with elementary, middle, and high school students, helping them improve their reading comprehension, essay writing, grammar, and literary analysis skills. My approach is adaptive and student-centered, ensuring lessons are engaging and personalized. I focus on building confidence and helping students exceed expectations, not just meet them. A Typical Lesson Plan
Warm-up – A short activity to get into the mindset for learning (such as a quick writing prompt or vocabulary review).
Review & Corrections – We go over previous work, correct mistakes, and discuss areas of improvement.
Lesson Content – This can include reading analysis, writing structure, grammar practice, or discussion-based learning, depending on the student’s focus.
Interactive Exercise – A short writing task, debate, or comprehension quiz to reinforce learning.
Wrap-up & Feedback – A quick review of key takeaways and any homework or practice suggestions.
