Hello! I’m Sneha, an IELTS–British Council Certified trainer with a strong academic background in English Literature (B.A.), Masters in Educational Technology, and an MBA in Training & Development. Alongside, I also hold a Diploma in Child Psychology, which helps me deeply understand learners of all ages and backgrounds.
