About Sidhartha

I am a Software Engineer with a passion for programming, problem-solving, and teaching. I have been a consistent problem solver on LeetCode, maintaining a 1500+ rating, which has strengthened my analytical thinking and ability to solve complex algorithmic challenges.

My professional journey started in the EdTech industry, where I worked as both a Software Development Engineer and a DSA Mentor, helping students understand programming concepts, improve their problem-solving skills, and prepare for coding interviews. This experience allowed me to combine my passion for software development with my love for teaching.

Currently, I work with a US-based startup, where I am involved in building and scaling backend systems using Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript. Through my industry experience, I have gained exposure to software architecture, production systems, API design, database management, and real-world engineering challenges.

I enjoy sharing knowledge because I believe that learning becomes much easier when concepts are explained with practical examples and real-world applications. Having experience in both teaching and software engineering, I focus on helping students not only understand the theory but also learn how these concepts are applied in professional software development.

Classes focus on understanding concepts deeply rather than memorizing solutions. We will cover Data Structures and Algorithms, problem-solving techniques, coding best practices, and real-world software engineering concepts. Every topic will be supported with hands-on coding exercises and interview-style problems.

I encourage interactive learning, where students are free to ask questions and discuss different approaches. Along with theory, I will share insights from my professional software engineering experience to help students understand how concepts are applied in real projects.
