About Dane
I am a Chess tutor with 7 years of experience teaching high school and college students. Over the years, I’ve helped around 150 students improve their game, grow their confidence, and enjoy learning Chess. My teaching style is friendly, clear, and flexible. I focus on building strong foundations, teaching smart strategies, and helping students think ahead. I believe that Chess is not just a game—it builds focus, patience, and problem-solving skills. I adapt my lessons to each student’s level, using puzzles, game reviews, and practice matches. Many of my students have gone on to play in school and college tournaments with great results. I enjoy making each session engaging and goal-focused. Whether you're a beginner or want to sharpen your skills, I’m here to guide you step by step.
