About Amaya

My lessons are designed for strategic test preparation, focusing on helping students excel under pressure. These exercises sharpen thinking under time constraints and simulate real exam conditions. I also emphasize building mental resilience to stay calm and focused throughout the test. Each session is intensive and targeted, ensuring that every minute of study is effective. I guide students step-by-step, creating a clear roadmap for high-scoring performance. My approach is practical, results-driven, and tailored to individual strengths and weaknesses.

About the lesson

I am a passionate Maths tutor with over 2 years of teaching experience and a BSc in Mathematics and Economics. My focus lies in non-Euclidean geometry, a field that challenges conventional ideas of space and structure. I specialize in exploring curved spaces, including hyperbolic and spherical geometries, using visual models to make abstract concepts tangible. Historical context is an essential part of my teaching, showing how these ideas transformed mathematics and science over time.

I enjoy guiding students who are curious about abstract geometry, theoretical physics, and the philosophy of mathematics. These lessons encourage deep thinking and reveal the surprising ways mathematics describes the universe. Together, we examine how curved spaces differ from flat planes and why these differences matter.
