About the lesson

I’m a Maths tutor with over 7 years of experience and a BSc in Pure Mathematics. I specialise in teaching the mathematical foundations behind artificial intelligence and machine learning. My lessons focus on key concepts like gradient descent and optimisation algorithms, helping students understand how machines learn and improve. I also cover linear algebra, showing how it powers the structure and function of neural networks.

Probability and Bayesian inference are central to my teaching, enabling students to make sense of data-driven predictions and uncertainty. I enjoy connecting theory with practical applications, making abstract ideas intuitive and engaging. Over the years, I’ve guided many aspiring data scientists and AI developers, helping them apply mathematics to real-world problems. My approach blends clear explanations with interactive, hands-on learning.
