About Tania

Hello, I’m Tania, a qualified Interior Designer with three degrees in architecture and extensive experience both in education and professional practice. I understand the fast pace and high demands of university and college programs, where students are expected to produce large volumes of high-quality work. Having worked as a full-time lecturer at a design college, I taught computer skills to 1st- and 2nd-year interior design students, helping them develop both technical proficiency and design confidence.

In addition to teaching, I work for an established architecture firm, giving me firsthand insight into what is required in a professional setting. This experience allows me to guide students not only in mastering AutoCAD and Revit but also in understanding how these skills translate into real-world practice. My lessons are designed to be adaptable and student-focused, ensuring that whether you are a beginner or preparing for a final project or dissertation, you receive the guidance and support needed to succeed.

I am passionate about helping students achieve their best results, build confidence in their skills, and bridge the gap between education and professional practice. I look forward to supporting you on your learning journey.

About the lesson

I offer private AutoCAD and Revit tutoring with a flexible, student-centered approach. I understand that every student learns differently and retains information in unique ways, so I adapt my teaching style and methodology to suit each individual. My goal is to ensure that every lesson is effective, engaging, and tailored to help you achieve the best possible outcome.

I am proficient in both English and Afrikaans, so lessons can be conducted in the language that is most comfortable for you.

A typical lesson with me can take different forms depending on your needs. We might methodically go through the features and workflows of the software, or we might work practically together on your specific issues and challenges in real time. Whether it’s learning basic commands, refining your workflow, or tackling complex tasks for your projects, my lessons are designed to support your learning every step of the way.

My tutoring is aimed at university students, especially those studying architecture, interior design, or any design-related field. With three degrees in architecture and experience both in the industry and as a full-time lecturer, I am equipped to help beginners build confidence in the programs, as well as guide advanced students in applying AutoCAD and Revit efficiently for final projects, dissertations, or professional work.
