About the lesson

I’m a passionate Maths tutor with over 7 years of experience and a BSc in Pure Mathematics. My focus is on guiding students through the mathematical foundations that power artificial intelligence and machine learning. Together, we explore gradient descent and optimisation algorithms — key tools for training intelligent models efficiently. I also teach linear algebra for neural networks, helping students see how data transforms within AI systems. Probability and Bayesian inference are another major part of my lessons, giving students the skills to handle uncertainty in real-world AI applications. Over the years, I’ve helped many aspiring data scientists and AI developers build a strong, practical maths foundation. My approach is clear, engaging, and tailored to each learner’s needs. I combine theory with hands-on examples so concepts become intuitive, not intimidating. My aim is to make maths feel accessible, relevant, and inspiring.
