About Michael
My name is Michael Rodgers and I teach martial arts, yoga, personal training. I have multiple certifications from NFPT for personal training to include Endurance, Strength Training, Nutrition, Vinyasa flow yoga, Somatic healing, Pranayama, Hot yoga, Yin yoga, Restorative, 2nd degree in Chito Ryu karate, and advanced training in mixed martial arts certifications. I spent 22 years in law enforcement building these skills. They are tested and build to be practical in the real world.

My lessons are 50-55 minutes and are designed to teach a concept or lesson in each class. High energy, exciting and fun. All of the classes are adaptable to those with injuries. The classes are set to build on each other as we progress forward. I use multiple teaching methods to help make sure there is understanding. Classes are for all levels. All of the fitness class start with a warm up, move to a transition to the lesson and build through out the class. With over 20 years in martial arts and personal training take my experience and build your future.
