We have a routine designed for each type of person who is focused on weight loss and muscle gain, we have extensive experience in everything that is physical preparation to lose weight with hybrid workouts and accessible and effective diets, with an estimated 6 months to a year to build a strong, sporty and attractive physique, committed to our students 100% in workouts of 1 to 2 hours depending on the case, we carry out routines for the gym and to exercise from the comfort of your home as well, the results depend on your commitment, as a teacher we will be very committed in each case of our students
