About Arlia
As an experienced marketing professional and MBA graduate with 16+ years across Asia and Europe, I’ve developed deep experience in business English. Presentations, negotiations, proposals, and professional writing have been part of my everyday work. I draw from these skills to help students communicate more clearly and confidently. English has always come naturally to me, but I also know what it’s like to learn it as a second language; and that’s why I teach. I understand the challenges, the hesitation, and the confidence gap that many learners face, and I enjoy helping people overcome that with practical, real-world guidance.

My approach is practical, conversational, and confidence-building. I focus on real-world English that adults and university students actually use in everyday communication (business presentations, professional writing). I tailor each lesson to the student’s goals, whether that’s improving fluency, sharpening business vocabulary, or strengthening written clarity.
I typically run 60 minute sessions and my teaching draws on 16+ years of global experience in marketing, communication, and client-facing roles across Asia and Europe. I help students understand how English is used professionally and culturally.
My lessons are ideal for teens, university students, working adults, and professionals who want to communicate with confidence in business, academic, or presentation settings.
