About Antonio
Antonio González Miguel is a global marketing executive with over 15 years of experience building and scaling marketing functions that drive commercial impact across international markets.
Most recently as Global Marketing Director at Cabka — an industrial packaging company listed on Euronext — Antonio led the full marketing remit: brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, and revenue operations across multiple countries. He architected the company's go-to-market strategy from the ground up, led a pre-IPO global rebranding, and delivered significant and measurable growth in sales pipeline and return on marketing spend.
Prior to Cabka, he served as Global Head of Digital Marketing at Cosentino, where he ran a large international team across dozens of markets in a complex B2B2C environment, driving substantial improvements in lead conversion and B2B pipeline acceleration.
Antonio's expertise spans go-to-market strategy, account-based marketing (ABM), performance marketing, omnichannel customer acquisition, and revenue operations — the full commercial engine, from brand to closed deal.
Beyond his industry career, he has lectured at EAE Business School, Pompeu Fabra Barcelona School of Management, The Valley Digital Business School, and Ramón Llull-Blanquerna University. He holds a Master's in Marketing & Business Communication Management from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.

Mi método de enseñanza
Enseño español a profesionales que ya tienen base, exclusivamente a través de la conversación. No hay lecciones de gramática ni ejercicios estructurados. En su lugar, hablamos sobre temas que importan: sus proyectos, sus negocios, situaciones laborales, actualidad. La gramática más sofisticada y el vocabulario preciso emergen naturalmente de esas conversaciones reales. Cuando surge una confusión—un matiz entre estructuras, un error recurrente, un registro incorrecto—paramos y lo aclaramos anclado en lo que acaban de decir. El objetivo es que hablen con fluidez y precisión en contextos profesionales.
Una lección típica
Mis clases de [50 minutos / otra duración] funcionan así:
Entrada conversacional — Empezamos con algo real: ¿cómo va tu proyecto? ¿qué pasó en tu reunión?
Conversación temática profunda — Profundizamos en un área que importa para ellos. Ellos hablan más que yo; formulo preguntas que los obligan a usar vocabulario más preciso y estructuras complejas.
Correcciones ancladas — Cuando noto un error o imprecisión, lo señalo en el contexto de lo que acaban de decir. "Podrías haber dicho también..." o "Eso suena un poco forzado; aquí un nativo diría..."
Cierre — A veces una tarea (podcast, artículo en español sobre su industria), pero el foco es que salgan hablando mejor que cuando entraron.
Qué me diferencia
Mis estudiantes ganan confianza real en sus interacciones con nativos de todos los niveles—no solo en contextos formales, sino en conversaciones casuales también. Simultáneamente, se perfecciona el acento: pierden las interferencias de su lengua materna y adoptan la entonación y ritmo natural del español. El resultado es que dejan de "sonar como extranjeros" y se integran lingüísticamente.
A quién enseño
Trabajo con profesionales adultos en niveles B1 a C1 que necesitan español fluido para contextos de negocios, emprendimiento o entornos multiculturales. Algunos viven en España o Latinoamérica; otros trabajan con equipos hispanohablantes de forma remota. Las clases son individuales, presenciales u online.
