About Christian
I am Christian, I am 27 years old and my passion is sport, nutrition and languages. I have been through a wide variety of martial arts, different types of fitness (bodybuilding, powerlifting, calisthenics etc.), all of this linked to a great deal of acquired knowledge on how to provide the necessary nutrition to the human body. Having been in the army for 6 years, I have been able to apply all my knowledge daily in real situations and I would like to share it to help many more people. Languages are also my passion, as I love being able to communicate with as many people as possible.
