About Karlotte
I am a graduate of Architecture from National University of Singapore. I have been teaching as assistant tutor since year 3 and have taught juniors History of Modern Architecture, Climate Responsive Architecture and Architectural Structure. I love to discuss design ideas, precedents and analyse readings with my students to get that moment of discovery and enlightenment where everything makes sense and start to link together.

My teaching method is definitely research, discussion, critics. Design is about life and people, my research and brainstorming sessions go far beyond details buildings, structures and architecture; you never know what you might discover. I always tell my students with a solid background of research, and multiple cycles of reasoning and critics will everything fall nicely into place for your design story to come to life.
