About Anderson

Hi! I’m Anderson, a Malaysian Chinese student currently studying in Melbourne, born and raised in Shanghai, China. Mandarin is my native language, and I’ve been immersed in the language and culture my entire life. With a strong foundation in both speaking and writing, I offer authentic and practical Mandarin lessons for students of all levels. I understand the challenges of learning a new language, especially Mandarin, and I’m here to make the process enjoyable, effective, and tailored to your needs. About the lesson

As a Malaysian student born and raised in Shanghai, I teach Mandarin using the same techniques and methods commonly used in China. This means focusing on pronunciation, listening, speaking, reading, and writing—while building a strong foundation in Pinyin, characters, and everyday conversation. I believe in interactive learning, using real-life examples and practical dialogues to make the lessons engaging and effective.

Each lesson typically lasts between 1 hour to 1.5 hours, depending on your preference and pace. I tailor every class to match the student’s level and goals, whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to sharpen your skills.

My lessons are suitable for all age groups—from young learners and students to working professionals or retirees—anyone interested in learning Mandarin as a second or third language.

With my multicultural background and native fluency, I aim to provide an authentic and supportive learning environment to help you grow confidently in Mandarin.
