About Mudit

I have a strong academic and professional background in Mathematics, Science, Analytics, and problem-solving. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physical Sciences with a specialization in Electronics, as well as a Master’s degree in Management Analytics from Queen’s University in Canada.

Alongside my academic background, I have several years of professional experience working in analytical and problem-solving roles in the financial services industry. This experience has strengthened my ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, structured, and practical way.

As a tutor, I am patient, friendly, and supportive. I understand that every student learns differently, especially at the elementary level, so I adapt my teaching style to the child’s pace and level of understanding. My goal is to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and are not afraid of making mistakes.

I focus on building strong fundamentals in Mathematics and Science rather than encouraging students to simply memorize answers. I want students to understand the logic behind what they are learning, improve their problem-solving skills, and gradually become more independent and confident learners.

I take my tutoring responsibilities seriously and aim to make every lesson structured, encouraging, and engaging. I want both students and parents to feel confident that each session is focused on meaningful progress.

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is patient, interactive, and focused on making Mathematics and basic Physics concepts simple and enjoyable for young students. I believe children learn best when difficult ideas are broken into small steps and connected to examples they can understand from everyday life.

Teaching Methodology and Techniques

I explain concepts using simple language, visual examples, drawings, real-life situations, and step-by-step problem solving. I encourage students to ask questions and participate actively instead of only listening.

For Mathematics, I focus on helping students understand the logic behind a problem rather than simply memorizing formulas or procedures. For introductory Physics and Science concepts, I use everyday examples such as motion, light, sound, gravity, forces, and energy to make the subject easier to understand.

I also adapt my teaching style depending on the student's pace, confidence level, and learning needs.

Typical Lesson Plan

A typical lesson starts with a quick review of what the student already knows. I then introduce the new topic using a simple explanation and examples.

Next, we solve a few problems together before I encourage the student to try similar questions independently. I provide guidance when needed and explain mistakes in a positive and constructive way.

At the end of the lesson, I review the main concepts and make sure the student feels comfortable with the topic before moving forward.

My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to develop their confidence, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.

My lessons are designed primarily for elementary school students who need support in Mathematics and introductory Physics/Science.

I can help students with foundational Mathematics, arithmetic, fractions, decimals, percentages, geometry, measurement, word problems, and logical problem-solving, as well as basic concepts related to forces, motion, energy, light, sound, and other introductory Physics topics.

Lessons can be adapted for students who need extra academic support as well as students who want to strengthen their skills and get ahead in school.
