About Dustin
My style of tutoring is laid-back and pragmatic. I will guide you through any problem-solving so that you fully grasp the logic behind it rather than learn answers by heart. Mistakes are the greatest part of the process, which is why I try not to create any pressure but provide an opportunity for questions. Sessions usually last about one hour, but there is nothing bad about two if we get into the groove.
Three years of experience in IT field where I used such programming languages as Python, C++, and JavaScript makes me well aware of all difficulties which can arise when studying. Being a student myself, I fully understand that if you are a complete beginner trying to get into coding or you are just a student in need of some additional help, I will be your guiding light.

My teaching style is casual yet down-to-earth; I will walk you through problem solving step by step until you truly understand the reasoning behind everything instead of memorizing the solutions. Getting the answers wrong is an integral part of the learning process and I try to keep our lessons stress-free and open to questions. My lessons typically last an hour (or two, if we have a lot going on) and we have time to discuss the topic, solve some problems together, and make sure that you can do it on your own.
Having three years of experience working in IT and programming in languages such as Python, C++, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, and being a student relatively recently, I understand how stressful technical topics could be. If you are new to programming or just want some additional knowledge about computer science and math in general, I can help you learn and master these subjects.
