About Jericka
Hello! I am teacher Niña. Education has always been an important instrument for me; in fact, I have viewed it as a key to success. Teaching is a profession I consider a very noble job, as it teaches students not just to read facts but to spark interest and passion in young individuals. With my teaching experience and my college program in Education, it is indeed not an easy job. Hence, as I dedicate myself to teaching, especially teaching the English language, which is perceived as the universal language, it is with great honor to hone students' skills with the skills I have. I have been teaching kindergarten students, and now I am frequently doing demo teaching for high school students. That is enough to attest to my dedication to teaching.

I have a learner-centered teaching approach. What I usually do is to ensure that I capture my students' interest and attention so they can learn faster. My lesson plan usually includes three objectives that address the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains of my students. This makes me different from the others knowing that teaching the english language could be as bland and direct; hence, for me, I always opt for my students to be involved, noting that most of my teaching experience are catered to kinder or junior high school students.
