Develop practical BIM skills from 3D modeling to construction documentation.
1. Revit & BIM Fundamentals
- Understand core Revit concepts and their relationship to BIM.
- Learn how building elements and information are interconnected.
- Understand the relationship between 3D models and 2D documentation.
2. 3D Modeling & Workflow
- Develop a building model using walls, floors, ceilings, stairs, curtain walls, and roofs.
- Apply appropriate Revit workflows to develop and modify designs.
- Understand how building systems and components work together within the model.
3. Documentation & Final Project
- Generate coordinated plans, elevations, sections, and other 2D documentation.
- Develop a complete architectural project from schematic design through documentation.
- Present and evaluate the final model with an emphasis on accuracy, coordination, and BIM workflow.
