I've known Andrei for many years, since he was a student at Harvard. I highly recommend him as a teacher – Andrei has always been amazing at explaining concepts, from the simplest to the most complicated. Furthermore, I was impressed at his understanding and deep passion for statistics and for research topics that relate to stats. In this way, I started to solve each new statistics problem more autonomously and faster.
Through this practical method, I also managed to learn the theoretical concepts better and anchor them in my long-term memory.

We established a really good work rhythm, and our meetings were efficient, since Andrei always focused on approaching the problems that posed the greatest difficulty first. I really enjoyed our lessons, which I believe is mostly because I felt relaxed, yet also serious and encouraged to work.
