I have known Luke for many years, we worked in Senior Managerial positions in Health and Social Care, change was a regular occurrence requiring Luke to coach and develop the implementation of new systems, processes and training and up skilling teams. Luke is an excellent coach, advisor and source of knowledge - exceptional professional background. Luke has a way of supporting, teaching and coaching that is really personalised to the individual, he is articulate in adapting his approach to support a learners needs. If I could describe Luke I would first think of commitment - in all he does and for anyone who requires that little bit of guidance and academic mentoring.
