Here is my philosophy, and I really do hope you take it to heart.
Money should never be a hurdle to good education. I will keep my tariffs low and consistent for as long as I possibly can. The rates given will not change formally, I do ask for one thing, I am a totally independent educator trying to make a real change. This takes time, and using modern technologies and apps to better enable myself to educate a student, financing is important, thus I also have a Patreon account, about which you only have to enquire once you are convinced that my standard of education succeeds the rate I am asking.
