About Marie
I am a trained Chef, Horticulturist and Artist who has taught to NVQ2 level for many years. Lets paint & draw food, as well as cooking it! I usually have a class of 20 for cookery and "Design Technology" (textiles, woodwork, metalwork, photoshop, desktop publishing, illustrator, gardening & hospitality), my subject.

I practice Active Learning, where we learn by doing - imitating what we want to achieve - and handling materials and ingredients. It's the most natural, enjoyable way to learn and skills stick effortlessly in the memory. I'll demonstrate professional practice, online and you can join me in your own kitchen or garden. There'll be no attempts to memorise lists of words that fade over time.
