About Michelle

I am a passionate and dedicated primary school tutor who strives to provide a fun learning enviornment for my students while supporting them achieve thier academic goals through a flexible and personalised learning plan. My lessons are filled with fun activities, worksheets and maths/english games.

About the lesson

Hi there, my name is Michelle :)

I am a third year commerce and biomed student at Monash University. This is currently my 4th year tutoring primary school students, in the past I have tutored over 20 long term students from P-6. I tutor using my fun, approachable and modern teaching style, allowing students to reach their full learning potential. I love teaching primary students as I am an individual who focuses more on a fun and enjoyable learning experience (worksheets and fun maths materials). Approaching tutoring in a more open-minded manner I hope engage with my high energy students using creative memorising techniques. I am an organised and devoted student who would enjoys mentoring and guiding younger students to achieve their highest academic potential. I wish to be able to provide quality education to my students and allow them to learn in a comfortable and encouraging environment.

I am offering tuition for:
- Primary level maths/english (prep-year 6)
- NAPLAN preparation (years 3 & 5)
- High achieving students (working 1-2 years beyond the standard curriculum)
- Scholarship/accelerated program preparation

I strive to tutor through an enthusiastic and passionate manner, ensuring that my students are able to achieve the support they need for their early years of growth. I understand that primary school years are the most important for developing the young minds of younger individuals, thus this is why I hope to take a friendly and personal-based approach for each and every one of my students by focusing on their individual goals and suiting to each students’ academic needs.
