About Erendira
I have been a trainer for 5 years, it has been a journey with a lot of learning and specialization in different areas such as acrobatics on the floor, which is my strength. Strengthening and conditioning specialized in gymnasts and people who want to learn, it is never too late!

My methodology includes various drills (specific exercises) combined with exercises that are also used in dance, yoga and other disciplines, focused from children of 3 years onwards. The base is the most important, with a strong base you can achieve everything and advance much better, along with the confidence and strength of yourself.
