I’m an experienced personal trainer who enjoys helping busy professionals get stronger and more productive through intense and structured workouts. My experience comes from quality training sessions focusing on body strengthening, conditioning and high-intensity workouts. I’m a level three qualified trainer that brings work ethic, energy and motivation.
