Having ADHD myself I understand how tough focused learning can be! From personal experience I find the keys to success are: breaking down and simplifying the task at hand (making it seem less daunting to begin and easier to work through), creating systems for organisation, and developing structures to enhance memory.
Learning and working with ADHD are easiest when we are interested and engaged, so lets break this down and work through it piece by piece!
