About Elizabeth
I am a Le Cordon Bleu trained cuisine and patisserie chef with experience in the food industry, specifically creating, testing and writing recipes to suit a wide range of clients. I offer online training bespoke to each student, covering everything from classical techniques and theory to special dietary needs and world cuisines. I am passionate about teaching people how to cook with confidence the food that they want to eat and enjoy.

I approach each student as an individual with their own specific requirements and, most importantly, tastes! I can create a program bespoke to you, so will always begin with an initial discussion to explore what it is you want to learn.
I specialise in creating recipes and meal-plans tailored to each student's requirements, and can incorporate a variety of different requests into this.
I design recipes with the individual in mind and ensure every student feels comfortable and confident to recreate the dishes they love in their own kitchen.
