About Joe
I am a graduate in English language and linguistics and French from the University of Central Lancashire. I am now studying for a Masters in Linguistics at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have taught a handful of students in the three years I have been doing it, and have never failed to get an increase in grades.

I structure each of my lessons differently - the first time I meet you I will bring a selection of activities and sample these until I have identified one with which you are engaged. I will then structure the sessions around this type of activity, allowing you to learn in a way you feel comfortable.

My son was struggling with his English leading upto his GCSE exam and Joe gave him the skills and knowledge required to pass. He was very friendly and explained things in a clear but comprehensive way. Joe was always punctual, arrived with defined lesson plans and developed an excellent working relationship with both my son and I. Most importantly though, Joe made the subject interesting which gave my son the motivation he needed. I recommend him without hesitation.
Joe has been a reliable and helpful tutor, always staying patient as I struggle to grasp difficult concepts and having the creativity to try new teaching methods when needed. He is a very intelligent and understanding tutor and I have much faith that futu students will enjoy learning from him!
