My teaching methodology depends on the personality of a person . Mainly it is one to one as everybody thinks differently and reacts differently . To bring real changes , it is important to understand ones hopes, ambitions capabilities- internal , external both, aspirations, reactions to people, events and circumstances, patience level and eagerness to become a part of a process which can bring positive results for both the parties involved. As it is an ongoing process and a person cannot remain with the mentor all the time, the emphasis is on the building of internal strength irrespective of religion, gender, financial or other circumstances. It is to be ready to face and enjoy whatever life gives us.
