About Richa
I am a solo traveler + a Life Coach who has experience in the field for over four years. I conduct workshops such as Chakra Healing, Love Yourself, Forgiveness for emotional healing, and one-on-one sessions for personal growth/development.
I have successfully helped clients solve relationship issues, self-image, self-esteem and develop a sense of individuality.
I have volunteered with NGOs, that involved work with children education and trafficked women.
I have a strong sense of understanding for the problems faced by today's generation and also that of the older generations, being in this field with adequate experience with various issues faced by people daily.

My teaching methods are easy and fun-filled; a mixture of mental + spiritual activities. I guide students to reach their core issues, enabling them to develop self-awareness, a positive outlook, and strength to overcome day-to-day challenges with grace and integrity.
We first work with understanding the self, the main problem, diving deeper into the issue and fiding out the core issue. This will involve written exercises, physical exercises (optional), homeworks, Q n A.
We will also use various self-healing techniques such as meditations.
