I’m a former software engineer who stepped away from the 9-5 life to find something deeper. After transforming my body, mindset, and emotional world, I felt drawn to guide others. I teach from lived experience—calm, clear, and with genuine care. I want to help you reconnect with your strength, find clarity, and move forward with purpose.
