About Mark
I am a licensed Texas real estate broker based in Houston and actively work with buyers, sellers, and investors in the market. I also own and operate my own brokerage, which allows me to work directly with real estate contracts, negotiations, and transactions on a regular basis.
I graduated from the University of Houston with degrees in finance and digital marketing, which gives me both an analytical and practical perspective on real estate and investment opportunities.
I enjoy teaching and helping people understand real estate in a clear and practical way. Whether you are preparing for the licensing exam, a new agent trying to build confidence, or someone interested in real estate investing, my goal is to simplify complex topics and help you build a strong foundation in the industry.

My lessons are designed to help students pass the Texas real estate exam and understand how real estate actually works in the real world. As a licensed Texas real estate broker actively working in the industry, I teach both the exam concepts and the practical side of real estate.
Lessons can focus on exam preparation, difficult course topics, contracts, agency, real estate math, and practice questions for those preparing to become licensed agents. I help simplify the material so it becomes easier to understand and remember, rather than relying on memorization.
I also work with new agents and individuals interested in real estate investing. These sessions focus on how transactions work, evaluating deals, understanding contracts, working with investors, and building a strong foundation in the industry.
Each lesson is tailored to your goals whether that is passing the licensing exam, improving your knowledge as a new agent, or learning how to approach real estate investing with confidence.
