About Shamitha

I am is a fully qualified Math, Science and English teacher who until December 2020 was teaching English, Science and Math in the UAE. I have collectively 15 years of teaching experience at elementary, middle years, secondary and tertiary level and have taught in South Africa, Saudi Arabia and UAE.

About the lesson

I encourage student centered learning and enquiry. Content is always presented in a meaningful way as to be relevant to the students’ life space. I inspire my students to try their best, promote critical thinking and enable students to see themselves as part of a global society.

Perfect! She is an exceptional tutor. She is very patient with Katlego and explains everything really well. I believe her approach makes it easier for my daughter to understand. She helped my daughter move from 37 to 63 with her grade 7 maths.
