About Mary Cris
I passed the entrance exam for Southwestern University and began my college journey in 2019, but had to pause my studies early when I became pregnant with my son. Since then, I have worked hard to grow and improve myself: I earned my Bread and Pastry Production NC II certification in 2025, and ran a small snack business serving local elementary students here in Cebu.
I have very real, hands-on teaching experience too — I guide my Grade 2 son with his daily lessons, help my younger siblings understand tricky Math topics like fractions and graphing, and support Grade 12 students in creating strong research titles and preparing for their defense.
I am proud of how far I have come, and I hope to return to finish my studies at Southwestern University soon. I am patient, resilient, and fully committed to helping every student learn confidently, no matter their challenges.
